I really wanted to love this backpack. It’s so cute, the material seems great quality, I love the design. Unfortunately within 3 months of use not one but both zippers are completely broken. I reached out to Headster when the first zipper broke a few weeks in and haven’t heard back. Very disappointed.

We love everything about this backpack except the zippers. Within 6 weeks of gentle use, the main zipper is broken and not functioning. The rest of the backpack is great but the zipper quality is not, unfortunately. We hope this gets sorted out soon!

Very disappointed. The zipper broke on the main, large pocket 4 weeks in to the school season.

We love everything Headster does so when we saw the backpacks, we had to give them a go. My kids are 7&10 and the smaller style backpacks just weren't cutting it. These backpacks (26L) are super spacious but not too big for their little bods. They have different pockets (the basics + a few extras) which makes for really easy organization. Great quality and unique designs as per usual. They got hats to match their backpacks for the school year and they couldn't be happier!
