We hope you love your purchase ; however, we understand that it can be challenging to assess how our products will fit your child when shopping online.

We provide the option to return regular-priced items for store credit, provided that you submit your return request within 30 days of your online purchase. Any return requests submitted after this time frame will not be approved. 

Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you (for returns within Canada only).

ALL SALE ITEMS AND PRODUCTS SOLD DURING A WAREHOUSE SALE ARE FINAL. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

Item(s) purchased from a retailer must be returned to the store and handled according to their return policy.

Please note that products will only be accepted if they are returned in their original and clean condition with tags, unworn and unwashed.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn without proper undergarments.

We do not accept returns on damaged items resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
