Shipping policy

 

We consider that the shipping of a package cannot be our entire responsibility if the order has left our distribution facility.  We consider that any problem occurred at the shipping is out of our hands. We exonerate from the responsibility of the problems and/or delay the shipping company can cause. The order is considered your entire responsibility the moment it leaves our distribution facility. If the informations entered at the time of the order are wrong or include any mistakes, the client has the entire responsibility of the inconvenience and charges it may cause. We reserve the right to keep an order if the charges are not fully paid. 

 

We only offer free shipping on orders being shipped to Canada and the US.  Your order has to be 115$ and more before taxes. Two promotions can't be combined. Not available on Black Friday, Holiday season and sales. If your shipping option still does not work, please send us an email to hello@headsterkids.com with the item’s name and quantities so we can review it with you. 

U.S Customers: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, a new 35% tariff has been applied to certain products. Unfortunately, this is an external government-imposed fee that directly impacts shipments crossing the border. As a result, additional charges may apply to U.S. customer orders. Customers will be contacted by email and offered different solutions to ensure they can still receive their order.
