The size I want is sold out! When is it coming back?
Unfortunately, we can’t promise an exact date restock of a specific model. You can summit your email in the « notify me when available » box and you’ll be the first to know when the style you want becomes available again!
What are the shipping delays?
It usually takes 5 to 8 business days for your order to get to you in North America. Keep in mind that it depends where you’re at! If waiting isn’t your thing, no sweat — you can track your package and keep tabs on its whereabouts (though in some special cases, tracking might not be available).
Are they any return fees?
Yes — while you can easily return or exchange items within 30 days following your online purchase, please note that a $5 return shipping fee applies for returns. For Lifeguard hats, the return shipping fee is $10.
There is something wrong in my order. What can I do?
With the amount of orders we process, mistakes can definitely happen!

Do you guys have hats made in adult size?
Absolutely! Our hats are designed to fit most adults comfortably, with a size of 56cm. For those who need a bit more wiggle room, we’ve got a 58cm size available in a bunch of awesome styles. How do I wash my Headster cap?
Simply use cold water and a gentle detergent with a cloth. Let it dry, and it’ll look as good as new!
