Buyer beware - we purchased several items at the start of March 2024. We purchased those items by International Air in early March (6 weeks ago) and when we were checking for an update they said they instead shipped without tracking by an unknown company. We have been chasing for 6 weeks for answers and they say they simply cannot help and we need to wait 1 day to 1 century to see if they arrive.

As an owner of a large customer service business, I would recommend never to buy from this company as its not as advertised. We have asked for two simple solutions:

1. Refund the order
2. Reship the order (as ordered - international air with tracking)

They declined and will not call, they only answer by the help email.

My kids love these hats and now all my friends kids are wearing them too. My daughter picked this Leo style and loves it. However i will say that the colour was more pink than I thought it would be. This actually worked out in my daughters favour since she loves pink but may not for others!

The adjustable size gives me hope he can wear it for a few years and I really love that there are matching adult and child ones so we can encourage him by literally wearing the same hat.
