Ordered 4 hats but they didn’t send anything initially.

Followed up after awhile and they said they could not fulfill this style. Fine but not sure why I wasn’t contacted to advise.

I asked them to expedite shipping to ensure the others would be received in time for gifts as the delay in processing was on them and only finally rectified when I reached out. No response to the request.

The other hats did arrive in time but the I had to follow up again to get the refund processed for the style not fulfilled. Again no recognition of their error.

Product of what was actually received was nice but customer service needs a lot of work.

We have been purchasing the Headster caps for several years already and cannot be happier! Very durable, easily washable, keep their shape! Love the unique prints! Worth the money!

These hats are not cheap. But totally worth it! Well made and super cute!
