This is my third order from headster and we love their products. This time around I was not impressed with customer service at all. I placed an online order and 7 days later I checked in via email because I had not received a shipping confirmation or any confirmation of the order processing. It took them four business days to get back to me to tell me that the item that I had ordered was out of stock so that was Day 11 after my initial order. I opted for a refund on the item. They shipped the other items which took an additional 10 days to come so it was almost 3 weeks before I received part of my actual order. I was really disappointed these were ordered for a vacation and did not come in a timely way and the communication was lacking. I also checked in on Facebook and on one of their Facebook ads and it took a few days to get a response as well. Whie I love the products, I found this really disappointing.
