We offer two types of shipping : regular and express. The regular shipping takes about 5 to 8 business days. The express shipping takes from 2 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, any delay caused by the postal services are out of our hands.

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item 30 days after the purchase. We can only accept items that still have the tags on, have not been worn and have not been washed.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, please tell us in the next 30 days after purchasing at email@example.com. Please insert a few pictures of the article in your email.
The items purchased in a store has to be returned to the store where you made the purchase. Only the store’s policies will apply.
Our experience showed us that it is more advantageous for both parties if you enter the return demand in our website directly and receive store credit for a new purchase. That way, you can easily change your order. Your new order will be treated as a separate order from the returned one. IMPORTANT: A store credit cannot be applied on an already paid order.

Cleaning is no fun. But kids get dirty very fast! Just for you, we’ve decided to give you little tips to clean your kids’ caps! Although, you need to follow our instructions very carefully if you want your hat to be as clean as possible.
First of all, we strongly recommend to wash your hat by hand. The safest way to wash your kid’s favorite hat with no consequences!
Mix cold water with little drops of a very soft soap. Dip a cloth in the water and carefully tap the cap. It is very important to never fully submerge the hat into the water. Tap again with a dry cloth to take off as the excess water. To wash the inner strap, dip a cloth in the soapy water and carefully rub the sweat away. To completely dry off the hat, let it dry naturally! Never squeeze the hat and do not put it near a heat source. It can damage the shape or colour of the hat.
And now, the DON’TS :
Don’t wash it in the pool.
Don’t wash it in the dishwasher.
Don’t wash it in the toilet.
Don’t wash it while taking a bath.
Don’t wash it the the rest of the shampoo you have left.
Don’t wash it with your toothbrush.
After all that, if your cap is still dirty, just throw it away and buy a new one!
